Written authorization from The Keystone Group is required for all returns.  All products that are returned to Keystone are shipped at your expense.   Please pack your return carefully as products must arrive in resaleable condition in order to qualify for a refund.  Custom shades are cut-to-order and are not returnable.  Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price (shipping excluded). Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once any returned merchandise has been received by us. Once the refund has been processed, the refund will post to the original payment method used in the purchase transaction.
